R30320**Job Title**Graphic Design Manager**Summary**We are looking for a **Graphic Design Manager** to lead and contribute to the creation of visually compelling, brand-aligned assets across digital and marketing channels. In this **hands-on role**, you’ll design content for web, email, social media, and sales materials while managing a team, streamlining workflows, and ensuring creative consistency that drives engagement and supports business goals.**Key Responsibilities*** Design and produce visually engaging assets for digital channels, including landing pages, blog posts, email campaigns, social media graphics, and sales presentations;* Create impactful PDFs, Power Point decks, infographics, and data visualizations to support internal and external marketing initiatives;* Serve as a brand champion, ensuring all creative outputs comply with established brand standards;* Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and creativity;* Manage incoming design requests via project management systems (Adobe Workfront or Service Now), assign tasks, and track progress to ensure timely delivery;* Act as a liaison between requesters and designers, facilitating communication, resolving conflicts, and aligning priorities;* Lead, mentor and support team members to uphold high design standards and foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment;* Ensure marketing and communication projects meet deadlines and align with broader business objectives.**About the Ideal Candidate*** University degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field;* 5–10 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or user experience, preferably in a matrixed or customer-focused organization;* 2–3 years of leadership experience within a creative team, with proven ability to coach and develop others;* Strong skills in layout design, color theory, and visual composition;* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and comfortable with other design tools;* Familiarity with project management systems (Adobe Workfront, Service Now) and experience managing design workflows;* Demonstrated success driving user engagement and delivering large-scale digital campaigns;* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to balance creative vision with business priorities;* Collaborative, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments, bringing both creative flair and operational discipline to every project.**What We Can Offer You:***
