This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about finance and are dedicated to providing outstanding support to clients. As a customer service representative, you will communicate with clients primarily in German, assisting them with their financial inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries related to financial products, services, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in German
Provide clear and accurate information about financial services, investment options, and regulations
Assist customers with account setup, modifications, and transaction inquiries
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while adhering to company policies
Accurately document all interactions and maintain comprehensive records in the CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of service delivery and client satisfaction
Stay informed on financial market trends and updates to effectively address customer concerns
Requirements
Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
Experience in customer service, particularly within the finance sector
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment
Familiarity with financial products and services is highly advantageous
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
