In this role, you'll help German agencies and businesses launch and optimize their online advertising campaigns, making a real impact on their success.
Purpose of the Role :
As a Campaign Specialist, you’ll work closely with clients in the German market, guiding them through their first digital advertising campaigns. It’s a target-driven role where you’ll work towards both individual goals and contribute to a collaborative onboarding team.
Responsibilities :
Act as a trusted consultant, assisting clients to onboard and create impactful PPC campaigns.
Understand customer needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions to help them grow.
Drive spend, upsell opportunities, and ensure long-term campaign sustainability.
Manage a high volume of client interactions daily via phone, ensuring top-quality support.
Preferred Skills and Experience :
BA / BS degree or equivalent; an MA / MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
At least 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
A strong desire to meet and exceed productivity, customer satisfaction, and target goals.
Excellent communication skills for pitching on the phone and composing compelling proposals.
Effective time management and self-organization skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for optimization.
Client-focused with a passion for customer interaction and business success.
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
Native level of German.
High proficiency in English.
