This role involves delivering exceptional service to German-speaking clients while assisting them with their travel plans and inquiries.
Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking travelers via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary changes, and general travel-related questions.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to coordinate seamless travel experiences for clients.
Stay updated on travel policies, offers, and procedures to provide accurate information.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the travel or tourism industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office tools.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
