Trader - French Desk (Madrid)
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure clients are treated fairly, promptly, and in line with the company's Code of Conduct, policies, and regulatory expectations.
Liaise promptly with internal and external stakeholders to manage clients' margin positions according to company policy.
Collaborate closely with risk and compliance teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date client data.
Place trades with appropriate counter-parties where applicable.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on FXDB.
The Profile
Experience Required:
Proven experience working within a regulated investment firm.
Demonstrated track record with French clients.
Proven experience operating at a senior level within a commercial environment.
Strong knowledge of markets.
In-depth understanding of the regulatory environment for FX firms.
Clear understanding of risk management and compliance within a regulated environment.
Extensive knowledge of FX.
Minimum of 5 years working in the financial industry.
The position is a hybrid vacancy and will require you to be in the office 2 / 3 days per week. The position will offer you a basic salary up to €50k per annum + benefits.
