We’re seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead a growing team and drive data-driven transformation in the public sector. This role combines leadership, strategy, and technical expertise, helping administrations harness the power of Data & Analytics to optimize decision-making and digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities :
Lead and grow a specialized team in a rapidly expanding practice, overseeing technical and financial aspects of Data & Analytics projects in the public sector.
Provide expert advice to clients on the implementation of cutting-edge data and AI solutions tailored for public administration.
Ensure timely and budget-conscious project execution, managing risks, team workload, and financial oversight.
Define and deploy data architectures and analytics solutions, aligning with public administration needs and digital transformation initiatives.
Lead the preparation of proposals for public tenders, ensuring compliance with requirements and maximizing success rates.
Build strong relationships with public sector stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering impactful solutions.
Qualifications :
5-7+ years in Data & Analytics and AI projects within public administration.
Technical fields or business background (e.g., ADE / Economics) with expertise in implementing data-driven solutions for the public sector.
Proven track record in responding to public tenders, designing data architectures, and delivering large-scale projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Previous experience in IT consulting is a strong plus.
