The company has its operations spread in more than 60 countries, with a portfolio comprising high-quality, secure products and services, covering personal and business hardware and software products.

Currently, they are looking for an E-Commerce Inside Sales Representative SMB (DACH) to join their sales team in Barcelona, Spain.

Job Profile for E-Commerce Inside Sales Representative SMB (DACH)Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Build complex sales strategy to ensure both long and short-term goals, objects and quotas are met Manage end-to-end sales process for up-sell/cross-sell opportunities Develop and cultivate client relationships with both new and existing customers while achieving profit and revenue objectives Build forecast and pipeline on a weekly basis and provide a clear situation on the current state of the client portfolio Ensure that customers receive the highest level of sales and operational service Participate in monthly/quarterly business reviews to identify opportunities and risks of churn and build an appropriate action plan Ensure that products, services and solutions recommended to clients will fulfil their needs Work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management to reach high-performance goals Use sleek sales methodology and processes effectively to accomplish success and over-achievement from prospect to closure Candidate Profile for E-Commerce Inside Sales Representative SMB (DACH)Must be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience2-3 years of successful Inside Sales experience is required Experience in a Quota Carrying Sales environment is a must Knowledge of the IT industry, experience with computer-based programs, and the ability to learn and present hardware portfolios to customers Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships within a quota-driven sales environment Strong relationship, communication and negotiation skills Must be ambitious, persuasive, proactive, goal-oriented, well-articulated and possess sound phone skills Good problem-solving skills, excellent organisational and multitasking ability What Our Client Offers Attractive compensation package – OTE 70/30 Overachievement commission Hybrid working29 vacation days WFH appliances – screens/keyboard etc Pension/ Retirement Plan Life Insurance Medical Plan/Dental Scheme Meal Vouchers – 220 Euro net Quarterly team activities Product Discounts Employee Assistance Program, e.
