Reporting to the head of corporate purchasing of Loewe, you will be in charge of the purchase to pay team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to streamline processes, to define continuous improvement, and to ensure adherence to policies. The scope is transversal and covers all the transactional purchasing activities of Indirect spend across Loewe (Industry, General Affairs, Retail, Marketing, Head Office, …), the purchasing process and the sourcing excellence Job Responsabilities Your role will be:· To follow the implementation of the purchase to pay process extending the utilization in other regions, and to ensure the compliance toward the purchasing policy· To prepare the transition to the new tool (to ESKER) and to prepare the transition to SAP in the coming years· To supervise and to develop the purchase to pay team in charge of the suppliers set up, the PO creation, the management of discrepancies and the training of the stake holders across the company· To organize the transactional activities within the team and to ensure consistent productivity· To redact the procedures, processes and training documents· To liaise with all the departments of the company in order to optimize the process end to end· To provide support the pool of strategic buyers of the corporate purchasing team by ensuring the compliance of the purchasing strategy and preferred suppliers list by category· To be the key user for the definition and the deployment of the solution of supplier portal· To coordinate all the activities linked to the purchase to pay process along the transformation journey of the company Profile What is important for the role:· +10 years of seasoned experience in a purchasing department or as consultant in the purchasing area· Team leadership· Experience in change management and transformation projects· Solid financial background, prior experience in finance department or controlling would be a plus· Knowledge and experience in Indirect purchasing· Fluent in English, French a nice to have· Deep knowledge of purchasing and procurement processes· Used to work on a collaborative way, to deal with complexity, ability to convince and influence· Ownership and problem solving Additional Information About us: Created in Spain in 1846, LOEWE approaches over 175 years as one of the world’s major luxury houses.
