Greenvolt Power is seeking a Project Finance Manager who will lead and coordinate the process of securing project finance debt, negotiating loan agreements, and making financial recommendations to support the realization of renewable energy projects across EU countries, and potentially expanding to the US.

Key accountabilities Creates and verifies financial models for analysis of debt sizing and debt financing; Leads and coordinates the process of gaining project finance debt; Coordinates financial Due Diligence process in the field of credit documentation; Contacting banks, financial institutions, rating agencies, etc.

regarding financing; Negotiates the terms of the loan agreements with banks; Presents recommendations to the financing committee.

Support director in management tasks Qualifications University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Management.

6-7 years relevant experience with project finance in project finance department of the bank, renewable company or one of the Big4 companies in project finance advisory.

Fluent English: written and spoken Advanced Excel and Office; Project management skills; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Advanced analytical skills M&A skills (valued) – it might be asked to support M&A side of the team We want an energy transition for everyone from everyone!
