What are we looking for?

An ICT Legal Advisor , with at least 4 years of experience.
Availability to join a stable project in Madrid.
Mode of telework:

Requirements:

Experience: At least

4 years

performing similar tasks.
Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Law, or Political Science (MECES Level 2).
Knowledge: Management of programs related to

entrepreneurship, digitalization, or citizens’ digital skills.
What will your responsibilities be?

Legal advice in the public sector:

Provide legal support in the management of public policies, especially in the areas of digital transformation, entrepreneurship, and talent development.
Draft, review, and coordinate the implementation of

agreements, public tenders, and grants , ensuring compliance with current regulations.
Provide

legal advice on initiatives

aimed at professional training in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), including programs for attracting and retaining digital talent.
Participate in the

legal design and execution of programs

aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and the development of digital companies.
Collaborate with public and private entities to ensure legal consistency in the implementation of

digital transformation

and economic development programs.
