THE JOB: This position willsupport development and implementation of the business partnering function, facilitateand develop actionable recommendations based on business insights that addresskey business needs and objectives. In collaboration with the rest of BusinessIntelligence function junior analyst will support insight and informationdelivery across the organization. Thisincludes but is not limited to the development of data models and dashboards inthe BI Platform to support all business stakeholders. Thisposition will report to the Business Intelligence Manager and will work closelywith the key members of the business areas. KEY ROLES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES: Design and implement a Data AnalyticsFramework to ensure a common and homogeneous analytics practice across theorganizationReport implementation - Create and maintain requiredBI reports and dashboards; work with the BI team to improve data quality &automatization; prototype new reports and BI solutions.Insight creation and delivery to end-users.Strong drive for actionable dataWill support the BI Manager and BusinessPartners in their duties and ad-hoc analysis.Accountable of the correct implementation ofcorporate BI strategy.Provides coaching and training for end-users regarding the BI tools. REQUIREMENTS: Experience minimum 2 – 3 years.Extensive experience of developing reportsin SAP Analytic Cloud (SAC) and Power BI. Knowledge of database concepts andrelational databases ( MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, ClickHouse) and dataexploitation technics. Analytics background with experience with Financedata.Ability to deliver tactical solutions whilemanaging different issues.Experience in data management projects(end-to-end information delivery with data warehousing, data modeling, dataintegration, data profiling, advance analytics and business).Organized & effective - take awell-ordered, structured approached in task management.Strong influencing and communication skills.Critical thinker – ability understand thelogical connections between ideas, identify, construct and evaluate arguments.Think Strategically - foresee and takeaction to deal with problems and opportunities.Change Management - be an advocate forpositive change and improvements.Motivated individual able to take projectsfrom development to deployment.Maintains a favorable working relationshipwith all teams to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious workingclimate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity andefficiency.Communicates openly and clearly bothverbally and in writing and pitches information at the appropriate level.Fluent in English.Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
