Requirements

Plan, manage, and execute projects with stakeholder engagement.

Define milestones and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations, Business Management, and Risk.

Manage and prioritize stakeholder initiatives.

Coordinate testing of new functionalities and regression testing.

Provide project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Demonstrate discipline, independence, and adaptability in managing assignments.

Show strong ownership, strategic thinking, and operational knowledge.

Communicate effectively and collaborate well with peers.

Multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure.

Possess analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills with high integrity.

Experience in consulting or operations is highly desirable.
