Role Responsibilities:
Grow the business in your region (Islas Baleares) by signing, training, and activating new Western Union agents.
Manage business development activities with existing agents.
Meet sales targets through new agent acquisitions and increasing sales in-store.
Support agent activation and regularly visit high-performing locations.
Manage the agent lifecycle for all independent agents in your territory.
Qualifications:
Degree-level education and experience in outside sales or customer service.
Ability to work independently and make strong decisions.
Excellent interpersonal skills for negotiation, presentation, and building trust with agents.
Fluency in Spanish and a good level of English.
Additional Requirements:
This is a work-from-home position requiring regular travel.
Valid driver’s license and flexibility for overnight stays.
