We are seeking a skilled Junior Accountant to join our team. As a junior accountant you will be primarily responsible for day-to-day accounting activities and reporting to the Senior of Accounting.

Duties and responsibilities :
Record and control of financial transactions : Management of journal entries, bank reconciliations, and oversight of invoices (issued and received).
Management of accounts payable and receivable : Tracking payment deadlines, managing suppliers and customers, and updating records of payments and collections.
Support in tax preparation : Assisting in the collection and preparation of necessary documentation for tax filings and ensuring compliance with tax obligations.
Support in the preparation of basic financial reports : Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss accounts and other reports required by the company.
Assistance with internal and external audits : Participating in the gathering and preparation of documents required by auditors to ensure transparency and regulatory compliance.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Proficient in Excel and familiar with financial software (SAP / Oracle / Sage is a plus).
2 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably with experience at a Big 4 firm.
Knowledge of accounting rules in Spain.
Native Spanish and professional-level English.
