Ozmunium International SL is a forest product trading company actively operating and not limited to the Mediterranean region.
The main products being supplied are packaging paper, wood pulp and waste paper.
Tasks Supply chain: order intake from customers and placement with manufacturers.
Arranging shipment, preparation of shipping documents, negotiation of documents, trade finance and finally account receivables.
Working closely with the commercial team.
Collaborate and negotiate rates with freight forwarders and international couriers.
Database processing and management.
Assist Supply Manager.
Requirements Bachelor Degree.
Experience in logistics, international trade and commerce.
Fluent in English, French and another language is a plus.
Time management and good organizational skills.
Ability to work under stressful situations and meet deadlines Problem-solving skills.
Teamwork Skills.
Self-motivated and shows initiative to self-develop.
Eager to learn new skills.
Able to work remotely.
