Position Overview

A Demi Chef de Partie is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while assisting with food cost controls.
What will I be doing?

Prepare and present high-quality dishes within company guidelines
Keep all working areas clean and tidy, ensuring no cross-contamination
Prepare all mis-en-place for relevant menus
Assist in providing timely and efficient responses to guest queries
Ensure food quality and proper storage
Contribute to controlling costs, improving gross profit margins, and achieving departmental and financial targets
Assist other departments as necessary and maintain good working relationships
Report maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, health, safety, and food safety legislation
Be aware of departmental targets and strive to achieve them as part of the team
Be environmentally conscious

Strong experience as a cook
Leadership and communication skills

Commitment to high-quality customer service
Ability to innovate and adapt to change
Availability for morning and/or rotating shifts (afternoon)
Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus
