At this stage of our journey, we are seeking for two
BI analysts
to join our
impressive team.
As a
Business Intelligence Analyst , you’ll play a central role in helping us become a truly data-driven organization. You’ll turn data into insight by building scalable dashboards, models, and reports that help teams—from marketing to manufacturing—make smarter, faster decisions. You’ll work with tools like
Apache Superset, DBT, any SQL compatible storage , to deliver trusted analytics solutions across the company.
This is a great opportunity for someone with an analytical mindset, strong business curiosity, and a passion for measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, and Operations to identify business needs and translate them into clear data solutions.
Build reusable, insightful dashboards in
Apache Superset
that track performance, reveal trends, and support decision-making.
Develop and maintain clean, reliable data models in
DBT
for
Redshift.
Analyze user behavior, campaign results, customer interactions, and financial flows to identify actionable insights.
Contribute to a strong data culture by advocating for best practices in data quality, governance, and storytelling.
Use
Git
and follow
Git Flow
best practices for version control and collaboration on analytics code and DBT models.
What You’ll Be Working On:
Attraction:
Campaign analytics, website funnel optimization, performance of landing pages and social media activities.
Patient Onboarding & Customer Care:
Efficiency and impact of communication strategies, funnel analysis from lead to treatment.
Finance:
Performance of different treatment payment options, financial modeling, and revenue insights.
Clinics & Manufacturing:
Supply chain analytics, production forecasting, clinic performance and operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in a BI, Data Analyst, or similar role.
Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data visualization tools (experience with
Apache Superset
is a strong plus).
Proficiency in
DBT , with a strong grasp of data modeling and transformation workflows.
Experience working with
AWS Redshift ,
Click House , or similar analytical databases.
Good knowledge of
Git
and experience working with
Git Flow.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher —you should be comfortable reading documentation, writing analysis summaries, and participating in meetings in English.
Analytical mindset with a strong desire to understand how the business works and how data can improve it.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills—you enjoy translating data into language people understand.
Nice to Have:
Experience working in medtech, healthcare, or another regulated industry.
Familiarity with campaign analytics, cohort tracking, or funnel analysis.
Experience in startup or scale-up environments.
