Duration: 3 months

Commitment: 5 days a week, 6 hours a day

Description:

Making and managing reservations, working with computers and keeping programs updated, greeting guests at check-in and check-out, allocating rooms, efficiently managing complaints and any problems, dealing with special requests, accounting and payments control, and using several languages by phone, email, or in person. Multitask receptionist helping in other areas of the hotel.
