Job description Mantu, through its brand Little Big Connection, is hiring a Board Associate Intern to join our dynamic team in Madrid, Spain.
The role We are looking for a highly motivated, hard-working and talented intern with strong organization and analytical skills to work directly with board members and our executive team on top business priorities and ensuring operational rhythm.
Through your work, you will gain exposure to various aspects of Mantu's business, be highly involved in key challenges and will be asked to take charge of strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination, timely completion, and exceptional results.
Mission Description In this position, you will get a great overview of the key strategic topics at Mantu, and you will have the chance to work with our top management on topics that are instrumental to our success.
Your job description will move as fast as our business.
You can be asked to help on almost any subject to help the management team members achieve their goals.
This implies a broad set of punctual missions, for exemple: Strategy : Contributing to the strategic vision of the company, screen markets and competition, produce business analyses, build models of growth, etc…Communication : Planning business unit townhalls and management hub travel Governance: support for the constitution of our board packs, prepare ahead and ensure action points coming out of key executive meetings are implemented Finance : Taking part in and coordinating bank presentations, sustainability, and transparency report production People: Talent sourcing and recruiting At the end of the internship, you will have: Taken charge of and completed a wide variety of tasks, working with different parts of the company like the teams that handle our products, plan our business, make sales, do marketing, and manage our people.
Put in place new ways of doing things and thought up smart ideas that help the team get more done.
Led a high value-added strategic project with a concrete business impact Profile Requirement Fast learner with a desire to get stuff done with urgency, accountability, and intent Analytical sense and critical thinking Driving Results and Team Synergy: Must efficiently lead and self-motivate to achieve set targets within designated timeframes, ensuring dynamic engagement and strategic alignment Versatility and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment.
The board associate should be able to jump from one topic to another with similar impact Organization, time management, and autonomy: you are well-versed in missions requiring precision and reliability.
Deep belief that AI today is a historical moment, like the Industrial Revolution or early Internet Strong communication in professional English is a must and French native.
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program
