Job Overview: We are looking for a Mid-Level Embedded Security Engineer to join our team.
In this role, you will focus on designing and implementing security features for embedded systems in Automotive and Io T applications.
You will collaborate closely with the R&D departments of our business partners to ensure that security is integrated throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
Key Responsibilities: Design and implement security features for embedded systems used in Automotive and Io T applications.
Develop secure architectures for RTOS , So C , and Linux Kernel environments.
Implement cryptographic protocols like AES , RSA , and explore new approaches like post-quantum cryptography.
Perform security threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing of embedded systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security features into the development cycle.
Stay updated on emerging security threats and technologies specific to embedded systems in the automotive and Io T domains.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in embedded systems security development, specifically in Automotive or Io T environments.
Strong understanding of RTOS , So C , and Linux Kernel security.
Proficiency in cryptographic algorithms, including AES , RSA , and post-quantum cryptography solutions.
Familiarity with secure coding practices for embedded systems and knowledge of hardware security.
Experience in security assessments, vulnerability testing, and threat analysis for embedded platforms.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Nice to Have: Experience with ISO 26262 or other automotive security standards.
Knowledge of wireless communication security in Io T systems.
Familiarity with TPM (Trusted Platform Module) or HSM (Hardware Security Module) implementations.
Understanding of AI/ML-based security techniques for embedded systems.
