Calypso Consultant role at Movilges, Madrid, with possibility of remote work. We are recruiting to reinforce our team in Madrid.
Responsibilities
Provide Calypso expertise to support and improve trading, risk, or operations workflows as applicable.
Configure environments (workflows, filters, domain values, task stations, fixed data, market data, reports, and rules definitions).
Integrate Calypso with external tools/applications.
Manage, analyze, and resolve incidents affecting Calypso systems.
Collaborate with treasury-related activities as applicable (RF, MM, FX, OTC derivatives and/or collateral products).
Understand operations life cycle (contracting, confirmation, settlement, accounting, etc.).
Contribute to Java-based architectures and development efforts as needed.
Work with various databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) and JBoss.
Knowledge of batch processes (EOD, EOM) and planning tools (Control-M).
Communicate effectively in English. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Calypso.
Experience in environment configuration and Calypso integration.
Strong incident management and problem-solving skills.
Treasury knowledge desirable (RF, MM, FX, OTC Derivatives, and/or Collateral).
Operations lifecycle experience across contracting, confirmation, settlement, and accounting.
Experience with Java architectures and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server).
Experience with JBoss and batch processes; familiarity with Control-M.
