Job Title Business Planning & Performance Management Principal Specialist Summary: As Air Ops Business Performance Management Principal Specialist is responsible for providing key insights and performance measurement through data & analytics. A Air Ops Business Performance Management Principal Specialist is accountable for delivering strategic insights and data-driven recommendations, unlocking the power of data to commercial decisions and delivering business value. This role requires a comprehensive overview of the commercial triangle: research, analytics approaches and their application. In this role you'll: Drive Pipeline review for clusters Prepare, analyze and support cluster and regional performance reviews. Continuously improve dashboards and insight to support strategic decision making. Execute Performance Monitoring Inform executives and key teams on various topics based on the results of quantitative modelling. Apply strategic thinking and commercial go-to-market into analytical problems and provide meaningful insights. Ensure the solving of commercial problems using analytical and statistical rigor Drive and improve data-driven decision making for Commercial Incentive Scheme Provide achievement of yearly sales targets, CRM accuracy and other relevant metrics. Collaborate with planning and finance on accuracy of such targets and achievements. Cooperation & Alignment with central teams Work closely with central teams and other regional counterparts in planning and performance monitoring activities in regions. Create, manage & improve tools and documentation supporting the processes regionally and globally. Represent region in global projects and task forces for relevant initiatives. About the ideal candidate BA or BS Degree, preferred in related field of study.5+ years in revenue operations, performance management, accounting or finance preferably in large corporations. Air Ops experience is beneficial. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Requires a motivated, service-oriented professional with the ability to communicate effectively to people at all levels and experience. Experience with Sales Forces is beneficial. Fluency in English (written and spoken), proficiency in another European language is beneficial. What we can offer you:?
