We’re hiring an Area Sales Manager - Based in Spain | International role

This role is designed for experienced sales professionals used to developing complex international markets
Your impact :
As our Area Sales Manager , you will:
Drive business development and open new markets
Build strong partnerships with distributors & OEMs
Act as a technical advisor to customers
Lead projects with internal teams (design & production)
Represent Mafdel at international trade fairs
What we are looking for : Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial sales / B2 B environment
· Strong technical skills, in conveying, belting, or industrial components preferred
· Comfortable in using CRM tools and digital environments
A strong hunter mindset and field-oriented approach Excellent communication & negotiation skills Fluent in English & Spanish (mandatory) Autonomous, proactive, and customer- focused
Open to frequent international travels
