You support our 2nd and 3rd Level Support for customer environments.

You will work on automation jobs, ensuring that customer environments remain operational and efficient.

You will engage with our Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) framework and actively contribute to enhancements and automation efforts.

You will create and maintain documentation, instructions, and checklists, as well as update the knowledge database.

You will conduct training sessions for internal teams.
