We are seeking a new talent to join the Technology & Information Architectures where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a team that designs and develops innovative solutions for various projects.

As a BPM Technology Architect with at least 4 / 5 years of experience in projects that involve defining and implementing E2 E BPM solutions (ideally IBM solutions), you will be responsible for :

• Reviewing and integrating all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements.
• Reviewing and integrating the technical architecture requirements and providing input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security.
• Being a subject matter expert, collaborating and managing the team to perform, and being responsible for team decisions.
• Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions, providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Developing innovative solutions to address complex technology challenges.
• Leading the design and implementation of scalable and secure application architectures.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in BPM architectures.
• Proficiency in Applications Architecture at a Master level is required.
• Architectural Design at an Expert level is recommended.
• Ability to align architecture with organizational strategy and anticipate technological trends.
• Spoken Spanish is mandatory.
• Advanced level of English is highly valued.
