🐍 Python Fullstack Tech Lead – French Speaking

Position Overview:

Join a strategic initiative at the crossroads of gamification, mobility, and digital transformation! You'll play a central, structuring role in a nearshore setup for a mission that connects three major players in France's innovation ecosystem

🛠️ Required Skills

• 7 to 10 years of experience in software development with expertise in Python, Django and React
• Proven experience in technical leadership and team management. — you’ve led teams or been the go-to tech person.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, testing, and performance optimization.
• Previous experience in Saa S , data platforms , or mobility/automotive projects is a plus.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills — you keep things moving and people aligned.
• Comfortable working in an international, multi-stakeholder environment .
• Fluent in French (spoken and written) – must-have!
• Available for occasional travels to France – must-have!
• Candidates must be in Portugal already and with permission to work in Portugal - must have!
• Bonus points if you have Dev Ops/cloud experience (e.g., AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
