You will collaborate with client technical users and architects to develop world-class inbound and outbound integrations for D365 F&SCM projects.

The

Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM Integration Developer

is responsible for the technical development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM solutions, working closely with both functional teams and clients. The role involves designing and leading the technical implementation, coordinating with onshore and offshore teams. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, able to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead offshore and onshore development teams effectively in diverse environments.

Own project deliverables, including status reports, documentation, and test plans.

Adhere to and advise on industry and corporate development best practices.

Create and review technical specifications and integration design documentation.

Organize, review, and approve development estimates.

Customize and configure systems to meet business requirements.

Design and develop interfaces to and from Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM.

Develop, review, and test customized code for Dynamics 365 F&SCM.

Develop functional and system design specifications for client projects.

Facilitate technical workshops and status meetings with clients, guiding decision-making.

Identify client strengths and weaknesses, suggesting improvements.

Manage and deliver small projects independently.

Mentor developers and technical consultants.

Own technical specifications, integration design, and architecture documentation.

Ensure quality and consistency, championing Proven Process methodology.

Contribute to technical solution design and architecture, including transition diagrams.

Lead technical elements of integration workshops, documenting requirements and solutions.

Mentor junior staff to enhance team expertise.

Participate and lead pre-sales technical engagements.

Assist in designing software configurations and customizations.

Lead data migration workshops, documenting requirements and overseeing configuration.

Qualifications and Skillsets

Proficiency in X++ development.

Experience with LCS components, release processes, and deployment pipelines.

Proficiency in Azure Logic Apps development.

Experience with Power Apps, Data Verse, and Power Automate.

Skilled in T-SQL scripting and development.

Knowledge of Azure functions and service bus is desirable.

Familiarity with Synapse link and Data Fabric updates is desirable.

Experience with log analytics and error management.

At least 3 full lifecycle implementations of AX or Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM.

Experience with version control using GIT and TFVC, including deployment and branching patterns.

Strong Microsoft platform software or IT experience.

Extensive experience as a developer or integration lead in AX or Dynamics 365 F&SCM.

Experience with Microsoft Dev Ops for project management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Visio.

Ability to work remotely and on client sites; travel expected.
