What your role isAs an intern in the Marketing & Category Team you will support the Iberia Brand & Category Manager in the exciting mission creating and executing the brand and category plan for Iberia, having the following responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:Provide support in the implementation of the Iberia Marketing and Category plans that includes all Brand/Category mix elements: innovation, communication, promotional strategy, distribution and merchandising for all channels.Help in building strong Brand Experience plans, localizing the Brand Assets provided by Brand Development Teams and working with local agencies to deliver a strong ATL and BTL plan.Support the JCP process and be category vision ambassador.Analysis of Nielsen data and other periodic external sources, as well as any market research, formulating clear and actionable recommendations.Development of point of sale material.Category/Brand Budget control.What you will bring to the teamQualifications:Minimum Required: Bachelor’s DegreeFluent EnglishComputer proficient with Microsoft Office.Competencies / Skills:Passion and resilience.Very strong analytical skills, and execution focused.Strong Growth and creative mindset.Highly oriented to results.
