Responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of Paid Digital Consideration and Conversion strategies and campaigns, focusing on Social Media channels.
Translate advertising campaigns into tailored social media spots that fit the target audience.
Build performance media campaigns, including setup, media management, asset management, and create video and image content that performs well.
Identify signals from consumers and optimize campaigns (e.g., Google’s Performance Max) in assets and efficiency.
Monitor all media and search platforms (Google, You Tube, Meta) and analyze campaign data from our brand and competitors to improve assets and future campaigns, ensuring KPIs and ROI are met.
Align social and low-funnel activities with our website and shops.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in FMCG or a media/digital agency.
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Media Management, Communication, or related fields.
Proven success in social marketing management and performance marketing.
Knowledge of FMCG or non-food categories is an advantage.
