We’re looking for a strategic, performance-driven Performance Marketing Manager (Advertising) who can own Biz Away’s advertising vision while staying deeply involved in execution. This is a key role for our growth: you will define, together with the Global Marketing Manager, how we invest, test, scale, and optimize paid channels globally and locally to drive high-quality B2 B lead generation.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable owning strategy, numbers, and results, and who thrives in a Saa S, B2 B, performance-oriented environment.
Your role in Biz Away
Define and own Biz Away’s global advertising strategy for lead generation, in close collaboration with the Global Marketing Manager
Define and own Biz Away’s global advertising strategy for brand awareness, in close collaboration with the Global Marketing Manager and the Brand Marketing Manager
Actively run and optimize paid campaigns together with the support of the marketing team
Build and manage forecasting-based advertising plans, aligning investment with business and pipeline goals
Own budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking, working with monthly and quarterly KPIs
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using advanced analytics and clear performance frameworks
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve efficiency, lead quality, and scalability
Be the main owner of B2 B paid channels, with a strong focus on:
Google Ads and other search-based platforms
Social Ads
Additional paid channels
Proactively identify gaps in creative and messaging, and request new content or assets to maximize campaign performance
Test, validate, and scale new advertising channels and opportunities, both locally and globally
Work closely with content, brand, and other teams to ensure strong alignment between messaging, creatives, and performance goals
Your basic qualifications:
Strong experience as an Advertising / Performance Marketing Manager in a Saa S and B2 B environment
Proven track record managing online advertising campaigns at scale
Deep expertise in Google Ads, Social Ads, and other major paid platforms
Strong analytical mindset with hands‑on experience in reporting, analytics, and forecasting
Solid experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance targets
Used to working with monthly and quarterly KPIs and performance reviews
Ability to balance strategic planning and hands‑on execution
Comfortable working in fast‑growing, international environments
Fluent in English (fluent in Spanish is a plus)
