About the Role:

As an AWS Solution Architect, you will join an international team. We are looking for a highly certified architect with deep cross-vendor domain knowledge, able to work externally with partners, vendors, and end customers to develop complex and bespoke technology solutions.

What You'll Do:

Define appropriate multi-technology solutions to meet customer needs by engaging with end users and resellers.

Manage projects involving internal and external (vendor and partner) resources in delivering complex, multi-vendor technical solutions to end users.

Support internal and external sales teams to deliver technical quotes in line with defined service level agreements (SLAs).

Develop and manage customer relationships with appropriate contacts.

Deliver sales and technical enablement training internally to TD SYNNEX sales teams or externally to the reseller base.

Respond to queries or customer care issues in a timely manner.

Handle daily product/solution design requests from internal/external sales and resellers.

Utilize the Business Solution Centre (BSC) to support sales activity and improve partner utilization rates.

What We're Looking For:

4 to 5 years of relevant work experience.

Excellent level of English.

Experience creating SOWs and Project Plans.

Certified in AWS and optionally other cloud platforms.

Previous experience working with development and product management teams.

Comfortable learning and creating content for workshops, main stage events, and in-depth enablement sessions.
