Responsibilities:
Further develop and implement the IT people development framework in alignment with the IT Global Org. Development Manager.
Govern and support the assessment of IT competencies and skills (Functional Competency Assessment).
Administer IT Trainings in LMS, generate regular and ad-hoc reports, and provide first-line support for users with LMS issues.
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of professional working experience in HR, Workforce Management, or Learning & Development.
Experience in a similar field in an international company is preferred.
Knowledge of HR processes (workforce planning and execution, people development, training development and training needs analysis, training administration).
Data Analytical Skills.
Problem Solving.
Communication and presentation skills.
Stakeholder Management.
Learning agility.
Working knowledge of LMS solutions.
MS Office - Power Point, Excel.
Power Bi reporting tool.
Development and maintenance of Share Point.
