As an Acquisition Manager, your role will be instrumental in shaping Vivara's unique ecosystem, dexterously navigating the world of apartment hunting, and making perfect matches between landlords and tenants.

With a strong focus on tailoring our approach to individual needs, we are determined to create a delightful rental experience for everyone and become the preferred choice in the premium rental market.

Your mission will be to hunt and secure the perfect landlords for our marketplace.

Beyond acquisition, you'll be the orchestrator of success for key sellers, driving revenue and ensuring seamless operations.

Responsibilities Master the intricacies of items, their specifications, and pricing strategies to optimize marketplace offerings Set processes and KPIs to unlock the team’s potential Unearth potential sellers through diverse channels, both online and offline, to build a robust network Forecast volumes and devise strategic activities to nurture and incubate new sellers effectively From pitching to deal closure, navigate negotiations skillfully to entice potential landlords into joining our vibrant marketplace Collaborate seamlessly with various stakeholders, including tenant acquisition teams and operations associates, ensuring new sellers' products gain prime visibility on our platform Efficiently manage external API networks and collaborate with a diverse array of collaborators to enhance marketplace capabilities Requirements Confident voice, infusing high energy and passion into the team while building trust and rapport for an effective workplace Experience closing B2 C deals, ideally in Real Estate, with knowledge of the Spanish market Proven proficiency in leading analytically rigorous sales planning and initiatives, coupled with strong communication skills to teach new concepts and relay field sales feedback seamlessly Dedicated coach and mentor focused on maximizing team potential, experienced in leveraging actionable campaign research and data to drive continuous improvement Adept at tracking and translating digital performance metrics to meet financial targets, with a solid background in data collection, activation, and measurement concepts in the digital space Experienced in supporting cross-team sales target setting, tracking, and development in a B2 C and dynamic environment Fluency in both Spanish and English Benefits Fun, collaborative, and winning team environment Flexible working arrangements Competitive pay and benefits package Wellbeing programs to support all your emotional, physical and financial needs Emphasis on continuous learning and development
