Responsibilities
Support accounts receivable for invoicing and collection as needed.
Manage worldwide employee T&E reporting through Expensify.
Reconcile and book monthly credit card expenses.
Effectively manage vendor and employee relationships.
Assist with company audits and compile supporting documentation as necessary.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting/finance.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Experience with Net Suite is a plus.
Ability to work independently or in a team.
Effective time management skills are essential.
Experience in a fast-growing startup environment is highly preferred.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
