Our client, a rapidly growing European fintech company, is revolutionizing the payments industry.

They are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive with at least 1-2 years of full-cycle sales experience.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound sales, preferably in the tech or payments sector.

This role involves identifying prospects, building meaningful relationships, and closing deals, playing a vital role in the company’s expansion.

Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.

Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients in the B2 B sector using networking tools, social media, and industry events.

Relationship Building: Collaborate with key decision-makers, including CFOs, CEOs, and Heads of Payments, to deliver customized solutions.

Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s fintech products to effectively communicate their value.

Pipeline Management: Maintain organized and accurate sales pipelines using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and forecasting.

Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and opportunities to drive business growth.

Reporting: Share regular updates with leadership on sales progress, client feedback, and potential challenges.

About You Minimum 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle sales, particularly in outbound sales and prospecting.

Native-level Spanish and fluent English are essential.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to engage decision-makers and build trust in complex sales environments.

Self-driven, results-focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
