You will interact and collaborate with colleagues around the globe regularly and have opportunities for international travel.

What Youll Do Develop our market territory by prospecting clients, identifying the decision makers, providing proposals and closing meetings.

Qualify and understand your prospects business-critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact go FLUENT brings to an organization.

Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for go FLUENT solutions.

Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers from your key client accounts.

Work and collaborate with our experienced Business Development, Marketing and Customer Success Teams to successfully close high potential deals.

Participate in exhibitions and events.

Travel to customer sites within your territory to support your sales efforts.

What Youll Need Fluency in French and English is a must.

Italian or Spanish is a plus.

Minimum 3 years experience in B2 B sales.

Good to have Saa S and international experience.

Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite.

Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Team player, self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.

Proactive, personable, hard-working and easily adaptable.

Active on social media in a business context.

Experience using Linked In.

Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR services industry is definitely a plus.

BA or BS required, MBA a plus.
